Details: Environmental and Sustainability Education is a pillar of education in Ontario, and at OISE we strive to integrate these concepts and practices into our teaching and learning. The goal of the Eco-Fair, now in its 4th year, is to share educational initiatives in Environmental and Sustainability Education by local community organizations and NGOs with our students, faculty and staff. Cathy will be on hand to talk about the benefits of vermicomposting and she will also be spouting off about sprouts.
